MEAA Refund policy
The following applies to the giving of refunds for museum’s charged events, including (but not limited to) workshops, talks, tours.
- 30 days before the date of the event full refund
- 14 days before the date of the event half refund
- Less than 14 days before the date of the event no refund
Please note: The above is for guidance and some refund requests need to be approached on a case by case basis.
